HOW TO BOOK HOTEL ROOMS
Please book your hotel room until March 31st, 2019, using one of the following methods:
1. by filling in “Booking hotel rooms” section from your Personal Page – the recommended way to book hotel rooms (“Accommodation booking” section is available only after registration using Online Registration form and after you login in to your Personal Page)
2. by email to: contact@oncologyupdates.ro*
* In this case, please specify the hotel, room type, data in and data out.
The accommodation will be paid to Eventer.Net account: RO34 BACX 0000 0011 0946 0000 opened at Unicredit Bank Iasi, specifying “For Updates in Oncology Conference – Accommodation”. VAT number: RO 26964360.
Much easier is to pay the accommodation online, by card, using “Payments” section from your Personal Page from the site.
If you choose to pay directly to the bank, please send us by email a scanned payment proof.
BOOKING CONFIRMATION
Reservation is confirmed only after paying at least the first night of accommodation.
Due to the limited number of rooms we do not guarantee reservations made after the deadline (31.03.2019).
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations are accepted only by email. Until March 31st, 2019 you will receive 95% of your payment deposit.
Single room – 390 lei/room/day
Double room – 440 lei/room/day
