Registration

All the participants are asked to register online, by accessing the ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM. Please fill in the registration form fields and access your personal page, using the username and password set by you in order to book accommodation (if necessary) and pay online all the services (attendance fee and accommodation).

Registration fee may be paid in RON (at BNR’s daily rate) in Asociatia Oncomed Iasi bank account: Account no. (IBAN): RO67 BRDE 240S V647 0829 2400, opened at BRD Iasi. The owner of this accounts is “Asociatia Oncomed Iasi” (Vasile Conta, nr. 2, Iasi). VAT no. is 16658844.

IMPORTANT!
Please specify on your payment documents your full name and also the significance of the payment (ex: “Name and Surname – Asociatia Oncomed Iasi – Registration fee”). Bank charges are the responsibility of the payer and should be paid at source in addition to the registration fee.

REGISTRATION FEES

*The participants who pay the attendance fee after March 31st will receive the conference bag according to availability.

The attendance fees include:

• access to the scientific sessions and to medical exhibition;
• conference materials (name badge, bag, program);
• coffee breaks and lunches;
• Welcome Cocktail and Gala Dinner;
• certificate of attendance with CME credits.

Free attendance (retired physicians, student and nurse) includes name badges, access to the scientific papers and certificate of attendance.

In the registration form, those interested can apply for attendance (free of charge for participants registered at the conference) at two breakfast workshops: How to make research at MD Anderson Cancer Institute and Nutrition Workshop.

After April 8^th, you will receive by email a document with all your booked services and payments for conference Updates in Oncology.
